Splinter Cell Trilogy HD USA PS3

On September 16, 2020, it was announced at Facebook Connect that a virtual reality version of the series is coming exclusively to the Oculus VR platform, along with an Assassin's Creed game. They are set to be developed by Red Storm Entertainment.[3] On July 21, 2022, the VR Splinter Cell game was cancelled.[55]

The collection is available on the PlayStation Network in North America much like the Prince of Persia Trilogy, and is also available as a retail disc. It is a collection of the first three Splinter Cell games which include Splinter Cell, Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow, and Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory. The trilogy was developed from the PC versions of all the games.

If you can forgive the exclusion of online, this trilogy is still more than worth picking up if you have fond memories. Chaos Theory still stands up as one of the best games of last gen, and the other two are nice for nostalgia if nothing else. I just wish more care had been put into bringing these classics back. Sam Fisher deserves better, and in the end it feels like he was cheated on his HD remake.
